Thumbs Up’s Key Performance Indicators were chosen to reflect our goals, which, we hope, will not only improve us as a company but also provide the very best possible service for you the customer. With this in mind we analysed our targets and defined our KPI as follows:
We are able to easily quantify these performance indicators thus enabling us to present a concrete example of various aspects of our business practice.
For example we collate such figures as the percentage of packages picked successfully for each month, or the percentage of parcels delivered on time for each month, or our own pricing policy compared to that of our competitors, and in so doing we are able to gauge how these figures affect our overall efficiency and competitiveness.
These indicators will help us to see how, and in what areas, we need to improve, and then after collating the information we will use it in an attempt to better achieve the goals we have set for ourselves. Ultimately the KPI will help us develop as a company, and enhance all aspects of the services we provide for you.
