The Turning Disc Watch is the easiest and smartest way to tell the time. The direct reading watch has two turning discs, the outer one representing hours, the inner one minutes. To tell the time you simply read the numbers aligned with the arrow at the top of the watch face.
If the arrow is pointing to ten on the outer disc, and twenty on the inner disc then it is twenty past ten. It's so simple even kids can work it out.
