| You need to use the software supplied - or download a new copy from this page. The digiframe doesn't work as a USB drive, you need to update it using the application. If this still doesn't work, please email support@thumbsupuk.com. |

| I get an error messagewhen I start the software after successful installation - "No Photo Viewer is found. Program termined". |
| When you connect the frame it will give you 2 options: USB charge or USB update. Select USB Update.
After a couple of seconds, you should be able to launch the application.
