I've put the Spy Cobra into the USB port and ran Admin.exe file but it cause an error: "This is not original SpyCobra device - contact seller!" Admin.exe must be launched from the usb device on which it was originally provided. If you get this message, then the software has been copied onto another USB device and may not be authentic. I'm trying to install the Spy Cobra from a non-administrator account and it is giving me an error message. That is because the SpyCobra admin panel must be run with full administrator privileges. You cannot install it with limited privileges. When I'm clicking Install SpyCobra in Widnows Vista the installer asks me to allow full privileges. Under Vista the best installation method is to open the admin panel by right clicking on Admin.exe and choosing the option "Run as administrator" I cannot uninstall it. Plase make sure you have launched Admin.exe with option "Run as administrator" if you are using Windows Vista . I have clicked 'move saved data' and the dialog window showed that data was successfuly moved to SpyCobra but when I'm browising the SAVEDATA folder I cannot see keys and screens data is corrupted. This is because you not used the "Move data to PC" function on the right side of the panel. Please remember that until you do this , data is still encrypted in the USB memory. Data is localy encrypted on the monitored computer, when you move it to USB memory it's still encrypted. When you click "move data to PC" this will finally make the data viewable, I have tried everything and it still doesn’t work. Please contact the manufacturers by email giving your device's serial nuber in the email subject line.
