All sales are final.
Faulty Goods can be returned within 30 days of invoice for replacement. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Defective goods will be replaced with equivalent products should the original product be out of stock. - The RMA must be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of the RMA number, otherwise the RMA number will be void and the product will not be accepted.
- Any shipping costs incurred in returning product to Thumbs Up is the resellers responsibility.
- Goods will not be accepted from the carrier unless clearly marked with a Thumbs Up RMA number.
- Warranty will be void unless returned in suitable packaging.
- Failure to input the fault description will result in the request being rejected. “Faulty” will not be accepted.
- The RMA number is only issued for the goods stated above

Although Thumbs Up are happy to exchange or refund defective or faulty items, now we sell a lot more RC flying toys and reserve the right to inspect any that are returned before any refund or exchange is made.
The nature of these toys means that sometimes people do stupid things like flying them into trees or crashing them. So, we hope you agree we’re being fair by saying that if it’s broken and it doesn’t look like it’s a manufacturing or electrical fault we’re probably not going to exchange or refund it. If it’s in good condition, but not working, then of course we’ll sort things out.
However, if it’s a twisted wreck that’s covered in mud, then please don’t try to return it to us for a refund. Even if you bought a brand new car that was covered by a great warranty, the dealership wouldn’t give you a new car for free if you crashed it on the way home, would they?
We’ll play fair when it comes to returns, but please be fair with us too.
