We supply our fantastic products to a wide range of countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether we can ship to you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We usually ship smaller loose cargo with FedEx for our UK and worldwide shipments. UK deliveries are next day, and rest of the world usually 3-4 days. Large orders will be sent with one of our trusted pallet network providers which vary depending on the final destination. The UK is usually again next day. Outside of the UK will vary in lead-time dependant on the location, but usually within 5 working days.
At the moment we do not currently offer drop shipping.
We send an order confirmation shortly after checkout. You'll receive a second email once your goods are dispatched. You'll be able to track your delivery from this email. You can also use your order reference to track your order.

If you live outside of the EU, you may be liable to import duty or taxes for your country. Please check first. We ship orders from the UK.
If you're located outside of the EU, you'll usually need to pay import duty & taxes when your goods arrive in your country. The level of duty & tax will vary dependant on the country and product being imported. We strongly advise that you check with your local governing body to establish the level of duty applicable prior to placing an order. Import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and must be made prior to, or on receipt of goods - delayed response may incur further charges, so immediate reply is important.

Our minimum order/carriage policy is 6pcs per SKU with a total order value of £250+.
Orders can be paid for by wire transfer, card payments for USD and STG payments, or cheques.
